We appreciate if you report any bugs you find as well as your suggestions to improve the software. For this purpose, please send an email to bugs@farsiweb.info.

Please note that it's possible to fix the bugs only if you provide detailed information on the issue. This checklist is just a start to go through before submitting a bug. You are welcome to provide any additional information you may find helpful for the developers to fix the bug.

  • Does this report include a single, independent bug report? (If you find many bugs, please report them separately.)
  • Have you explained the problem in a clear, yet concise way?
  • Have you included the exact steps to reproduce the bug? (If the bug is not always reproducible, have you mentioned this fact?)
  • Have you stated the expected results after doing the above steps and compared them with the actual results?
  • Have you attached a screenshot of the defective program window? (A screenshot is taken by pressing the printscreen button on the keyboard. To grab a screenshot of a single window, hold the alt key and press the printscreen key while the window is active.)
